Due to elevation differences on the south side of W. Bay Avenue, the contractor is actively assessing the need for additional storm drainage to address low-lying areas. This will require an expanded scope of work, which must be completed prior to final restoration activities. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience that may be caused by this additional work, which is expected to be completed by November 2025 (weather permitting). We will keep you informed of our progress as we work toward successful project completion
